If the job offer is still on our website, you can assume that it is still available and we are happy to receive to application.
We prefer to receive applications via e-mail to bewerbung@koprianiq.de, but if you don’t have the technical capabilities, please send your application by mail.
Ideally, you merge your attachment into one single PDF file. Your PDF should not exceed 10MB. Please don’t send us any open files (e.g. MS Word or Excel), as we cannot open them for security reasons.
To ensure that we can process your application as quickly as possible, please help us by stating for which position you are applying, i.e. job title and location as stated in the advertisement. This saves time lost on queries and accelerates the application process.

After we have received your application, you will receive confirmation of receipt from us via e-mail. Your application documents will then be forwarded to the right department. In the event that both sides are interested, you will be invited to an interview. If we discover that your profile does not match our requirements after all, you will receive a rejection letter.
We always strive to work as fast and efficiently as possible with our recruitments. However, the individual review of your documents by the department you are applying to itself takes some time. As a rule, you should receive a reply from us approx. 2 weeks confirmation of receipt. In the event that it takes longer, please feel free to contact us.
If your application is successful and you are being considered for a job, we will invite you to a first face-to-face interview. After a successful first interview and depending on the position, there will be one or two further interviews, among others with our management. For all positions in our head office, the interviews are held in Hamburg, for all positions in our Shopping Centres, interviews are held in the respective cities. In the case of managing positions for the Shopping Centres, the first two interviews will be held at our Hamburg headquarters or in the respective Centre. We always try to give you specific feedback within 1-2 weeks after your interview. If, however, it takes longer than that, please feel free to contact us.
We would like to get to know you better in a personal interview. At the same time, we’d like to give you the chance to find out more about us. In order to make the most of this opportunity, we would like to give you the following tips:
If you apply for a position in one of our departments a tour headquarters, your workplace will be Hamburg. Depending on the position, though, the job may involve a significant amount of travel, e.g. as Leasing Manager. If you apply for a position in one of our shopping centres, then your workplace will be wherever the property is located – of course. If you apply for the position of Centre Manager, you must be willing to relocate throughout Germany.
